The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about winning new business and closing sales with existing clients.

As the BDM you’ll be responsible for securing new business and growing revenue streams with current clients, by making a clear connection between our services and the customers' business needs. You’ll need to work in conjunction with our Customer Service Support Officers, assisting them with customer service, sales or payment related issues.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business hunter role with a track record of success
  • Self-driven and motivated with exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who can work in conjunction with our Sales and Support teams
  • Be passionate about working in sales, ideally with an interest in niche software and technology
  • Be driven to overachieve sales targets and KPI’s, as well as add value to client organisations
  • Well-presented and can confidently report to the managers and directors
  • Continually build our industry relationships with new and existing clients
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously

The Role

We are looking for an experienced customer support officer that has impeccable customer service and administrative skills, positive attitude and dedication to their professional life.

You will need to possess outstanding spoken and written English skills to help resolve customers’ licensing and sales issues and answer online support queries. Utilise our ecommerce systems to process licence purchases, prepare quotes, follow up user subscriptions and training registrations and report various activities to our Finance and Management teams.
