Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the process used and the issues encountered by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in developing the first phase of its state-wide roundabout guide. A number of basic questions raised during the development process are responded to. This paper is intended to serve as a resource for agencies developing similar guidelines in the U.S.
