Abstract
This presentation is a summary of some of the key lessons the author has learned in 14 years of planning and design of roundabouts in the USA. It provides a good general overview of many different aspects of design and operation of roundabouts. Included in the presentation are select results from an on-line public survey on roundabouts, which had over 3000 respondents.
