EDUCATIONAL LICENCES
For educational and research purposes only
EDUCATIONAL Licences are available to recognised Educational Institutions for educational and research purposes only. This licence type cannot be used for commercial projects or any income generating activities.
SIDRA INTERSECTION: All EDUCATIONAL LICENCES issued after the release of version 7 are TIME LIMITED (valid for 12 months only). This means that they will stop working after 12 months at the time of COVER Expiry unless the COVER is renewed. The EDUCATIONAL licence is subject to various other software restrictions.
SIDRA TRIP: The EDUCATIONAL version of SIDRA TRIP 1.1 is a perpetual licence.
SIDRA INTERSECTION: The EDUCATIONAL licence issued after the release of version 9.1 can model up to 10 intersections in a Network while the PROFESSIONAL licence can model up to 50. The EDUCATIONAL licence is subject to various other software restrictions.
SIDRA TRIP: The EDUCATIONAL version of SIDRA TRIP 1.1 has no limitations in its functionality.

For both software, the watermarks “EDUCATIONAL LICENCE ONLY” will be shown in output reports and displays created under these licences indicating that it is prohibited to use these licences for any income-generating projects.

Unfortunately, we do not provide Educational licences directly to students, but we would recommend that you approach your Educational Institution and ask them to get in touch with us directly to request a licence on your behalf.

SIDRA ACADEMIC PACKAGE
The SIDRA ACADEMIC PACKAGE consists of extensive material for Lectures, Tutorials and Student Assignments in the form of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SIDRA INTERSECTION Project files.
This package is free of charge for lecturers - to be used in conjunction with the SIDRA INTERSECTION software. Therefore, your institution must hold an EDUCATIONAL software licence and renew COVER (subscription) annually for continued use of the software.
This is for Lecturers only. If you are interested in receiving the SIDRA ACADEMIC PACKAGE and you are a lecturer at a University or Educational Institution, please click here. We will get in touch with you after you submit the form.
This package will not be issued to students as it is for teaching purposes only. We suggest that you to discuss acquisition of this package with your lecturer.
We provide the SIDRA ACADEMIC PACKAGE free of charge. This package is for use in conjunction with the SIDRA INTERSECTION software. Your institution must hold an EDUCATIONAL software licence and renew COVER (subscription) annually for continued use of the software.

Terms for 1PC, SINGLE or ENTERPRISE Licences
1PC, SINGLE or ENTERPRISE Licences can only be used in the country to which the licence was purchased. In the case of multi-national organisations, purchase of additional licences or a special agreement is required for use of the Software in additional countries where the Licensee's organisation has offices.
A 1PC, SINGLE or ENTERPRISE licence continues in perpetuity. However, Old Version 1PC, SINGLE or ENTERPRISE Licences are not supported.
