Overview
The single licence allows installing and using the software on one computer. Once a SINGLE licence has been installed and activated on a computer, it cannot be simultaneously activated on another. The software activation procedures will prevent a SINGLE Licence version of the software from being used on more than one computer.

A single licence can be deactivated and subsequently moved to another computer. Generally this process will require an internet connection. Moving a licence is possible without an internet connection, but the process is difficult and is not recommended.
With this licensing system, you will be able to deactivate and reactivate your licence without need to contact our office. If a licence cannot be deactivated, for example if a computer was damaged or became inoperable, you would then need to contact us by email to info@sidrasolutions.com to have the licence reactivated on another computer. A service fee may be charged for such cases.
To be able to use the software simultaneously on more than one computer, further SINGLE Licences are required. It will be easy to increase the number of SINGLE computer licences since it will be possible to purchase one or more additional SINGLE computer licences.
Purchasing SINGLE Licences
Explanations and examples are given below to explain the way SINGLE computer licences can be purchased. Prices shown are subject to change.
- When the number of SINGLE licences purchased in one eCommerce session is increased, the cost per licence is decreased. For example, consider buying two SINGLE computer licences for SIDRA INTERSECTION
- You can buy one SINGLE computer licence for a software product now, and purchase another one at a later time. In this case, the purchase cost to you will be two times the cost of one SINGLE computer licence [Cost: 2 x $2,350 = $4,700].
- Instead of (a), you can buy two SINGLE COMPUTER licences for SIDRA INTERSECTION in one eCommerce session. The cost to you will be less than two SINGLE licences purchased at different times [Cost: $3,800].
- COVER renewal cost for each SINGLE computer is the same ($250 per licence).
- There is no concept of upsizing or downsizing. Example: You already have 2 SINGLE computer licences and you need 5 licences. You are considering buying 3 more SINGLE computer licences. You will be charged the cost of 3 SINGLE licences (reduced if you buy them in one session [Cost: $5,250]). The fact that you already have 2 other licences will not affect the new purchase cost. The earlier and new licences will have different COVER expiry dates.
