If you are a Large Office Multi-Site customer we may have contacted you to provide you with the option of setting a special LIMITED Licence Pack for INTERSECTION 4.0.
Alternatively you can choose a combination of new licence types that add up to the number of computers in your current licence.

1) SETTING UP NEW ONLINE ACCOUNTS – NOMINATING ACCOUNT MANAGERS
As an important part of the changeover, new SIDRA STORE Accounts need to be opened for the new eCommerce website. You have two options:
a) You may wish to set up a single SIDRA STORE account, nominating one contact person as the Account Manager and setting up your new licence(s) under this account. Note that there can be several licences managed under one SIDRA STORE account as explained further in Steps (2) and (3) below.
b) You may wish to split your current centralised licence to several licences, and set up more than one SIDRA STORE account, each containing a number of licences. You will then need to nominate a different contact person for each account as the Account Manager for your new licences specified for the account.
2) SELECTING YOUR NEW LICENCE TYPE
We have contacted you to provide you with the option of setting a special LIMITED Licence Pack for INTERSECTION 4.0.
Alternatively, you will need to review your existing licence type and choose from the selection of new licence types available. Information about this is given below.
You can choose from the following new licence types:
- FLOATING - This licence allows a number of simultaneous users (computers) to access the software. It is installed on a shared folder on the server where users connect via a network. For example, in a FLOATING Licence 6 Pack, when any one of the first six users log out, the next user can log in. After six users are logged on to the software, the seventh user will be prohibited. The FLOATING licences are available in packs: 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 100, 150 licences or unlimited. - SINGLE LICENCE - This licence allows installing and using the software on 1 (one) computer. Please refer to detailed information on SINGLE Licence and other links on the menu for related information.

If you are unsure about which combination is best for your organisation, please contact us without delay: info@sidrasolutions.com
For example, if you are a company with 48 computers across 8 sites you may opt to select:
- 1x FLOATING 50 PACK = 50 Computers (i.e. continue with your centralised license for your organisation), which would be the default option, or
- 8 x FLOATING 6 PACKS = 48 Computers, or
- 1x FLOATING 20 PACK, 4x FLOATING 6 PACKS & 4x SINGLE = 48 Computers
Please note, once you have selected your combination you are free to distribute these licences within your business as you see fit. This will be a significant advantage of the new licensing system for you. Appropriate management of the use of these licences within the organisation will be the responsibility of the Account Managers.
3) SIDRA STORE ACCOUNT SETUP FORM
As indicated in Step (1) above, you need to set up SIDRA STORE accounts and nominate an Account Manager for each account. You will need to specify the type and number of licences for each account as decided in Step (2) above. You may choose to manage all licences under one centralised account. Thus any combination of licences and accounts is possible. For example, the first option in the above example would require a single account whereas the last option (1x FLOATING 20 PACK, 4x FLOATING 6 PACKS & 4x SINGLE) could theoretically have any of the following (and more) account arrangements:
- 1 account: all licences (one 20 PACK, four 6 PACKS, 4 SINGLE) in one account
- 6 accounts: one 20 PACK in 1 account, four 6 PACKs in 4 separate accounts, four SINGLEs in 1 account
- 3 accounts: one 20 PACK plus one SINGLE in 1 account, three 6 PACKS plus one SINGLE in 1 account, one 6 PACK plus two SINGLE in 1 account.
To open your new accounts:
a) Please go to https://sidra.wufoo.com/forms/sidra-store-account-setup-form and fill out and submit the form by 11 September 2009 for EACH new SIDRA STORE account you wish to setup. In other words, if you wish to setup more than one account, please complete this form for each new account.
b) We will provide the Account Manager of each new account with log in and password details for the new SIDRA STORE Account at the time of the eCommerce website launch.
c) Upon receipt of these details, the Account Manager will be able to log into SIDRA STORE Account via our new eCommerce website and instantly download the new software.
