How to Upgrade to INTERSECTION 4 and purchase by online credit card
The current version of SIDRA INTERSECTION is 4.0. All users who have version 3.2 with valid COVER are eligible to download the latest version for FREE. You need to login to YOUR ACCOUNT page with the details we provided you in an email sent at the time of launch of the new eCommerce system. If you have not received the email for some reason, or are having trouble logging into your account, please contact info@sidrasolutions.com
If you have version 3.2 and your COVER has expired, you may purchase an upgrade version. You need to login to YOUR ACCOUNT page with the details we provided you in an email sent at the time of launch of the new eCommerce system. If you have not received the email for some reason, or are having trouble logging into your account, please contact info@sidrasolutions.com
If you have SIDRA INTERSECTION 3.1 or older an upgrade is not available. You need to purchase a new licence from our ONLINE STORE
To Upgrade, or check Upgrade eligibility:
- Visit the Upgrade page in the ONLINE STORE
- LOGIN PAGE: You will first be required to login. Existing customers must enter the email and password associated their account and click LOGIN.
Please note: As this page is only relevant for existing customers,if you are a new customer, you will be prompted to create an account when you checkout from the SHOPPING CART- you can then visit this page in the future and login with your account details.
- UPGRADE PAGE: Review the list of products eligible for Upgrade. No products will be listed if you are not eligible to Upgrade the products. Select the products you wish to Upgrade then click ADD TO CART to proceed to the Shopping Cart.
Please Note: If you believe you are eligible for an Upgrade, and you have an existing SIDRA SOLUTION software product which is not showing up in YOUR ACCOUNT, you can contact our sales office on info@sidrasolutions.com.

- SHOPPING CART will list the item you have added. To add another product click CONTINUE SHOPPING to go back to the ONLINE STORE homepage and repeat the ADD TO CART process. To remove the item(s) click REMOVE. To change QUANTITY simply change numeral then click UPDATE. If you have a DISCOUNT CODE please enter and click APPLY CODE. If you are satisfied with your selection click CHECKOUT.
- CUSTOMER DETAILS 1/2: Please verify your customer details. All fields with an Asterisk * must contain information and cannot be left blank. The best way to move down the fields is to press tab. If you do not wish to receive important product and training information, uncheck the GET EMAIL ALERTS box. Once complete, click NEXT.
- CUSTOMER DETAILS 2/2: Please verify additional customer details. You can CLICK IF POSTAL ADDRESS IS SAME AS MAIN ADDRESS to copy the information entered in the previous screen if your postal address is the same as your main address. Please ensure that you enter your ABN number (without any space between numbers) if you are an organisation based in Australia. Please ensure that you enter a USER TYPE by selecting from the drop down menu. Once complete, click NEXT
- REVIEW YOUR ORDER: View the products that you have selected to ensure quantity and product is correct. To pay by credit card you must select the ONLINE PAYMENT checkbox. If required, enter a purchase order number (this will appear on your final TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT). Click NEXT.
- ENTER CARD DETAILS: Enter your Credit Card number and the details of the Card holder.
Please note: Please enter your credit card as a continuous string of numbers without spaces or dashes. For American Express, the CVV2 Number is a 4 digit number at the upper right on the front of the card. For Visa/MasterCard, this is a 3 digit number to the right of the card number on the back of the card. Enter 000 for other card types.
Please ensure that your first and last name are entered as they appear on your card. The address entered should match the address where you receive credit card statements for the card number entered above. This information will be used to further verify your identity through the Address Verification System, as service offered by credit card issuers designed to combat fraud and identity theft. Once done click NEXT.
- CONFIRM YOUR ORDER: This is the final screen before your order is processed. Please check all details. Click ORDER to finalise order. This may take up to 1 minute, so please do not navigate away from the screen as it is processed.
- TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT: The purchase process is now complete. This is your TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT with important download and activation information. A copy has been sent to your email address. There is a PRINT button at the bottom right hand side if you wish to print the tax invoice/receipt for your accounts or reference purposes.
- To download your software simply click the DOWNLOAD LINK(s) highlighted in red on the TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT. Read How to Download.

- TAX INVOICE/QUOTE: This is a form generated with details of the items entered into the cart. You may print the TAX INVOICE/QUOTE by pressing the PRINT button at the bottom of the invoice. If you require a purchase order number to be noted on the TAX INVOICE, there is a space to manually enter by hand, the purchase order number. Your payment options and instructions are listed on the TAX INVOICE/QUOTE.
Please note: This is valid for 30 DAYS ONLY. Payment MUST be made within 30 days or your invoice will be cancelled and you will be required to start the process again. Your order cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received. You will not receive your download link until Akcelik and Associates has received payment in full.Payments received after the invoice has been cancelled will not be accepted and will be returned (if it is a cheque) or rejected (if it is Direct Deposit).
- PAYMENT & REMITTANCE ADVICE: The quote is valid for 30 Days. After you have made payment please complete the online REMITTANCE ADVICE FORM and submit to Akcelik & Associates.
- Once full payment has been received Akcelik and Associates we will process your order. You will then receive a final TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT by email containing your download link and activation information. Read How to Download.
