What is YOUR ACCOUNT?

During the shopping cart process you will be asked to provide details in order to setup YOUR ACCOUNT. This is compulsory for all software purchases and enables a secure shopping process. You will be able to log into YOUR ACCOUNT, renew COVER, UPGRADE an existing product, purchase new products, instantly download our software (while you have valid COVER), edit contact details, manage licences or view purchase history, all in a few easy steps.

I am an existing SIDRA SOLUTIONS customer, where are my account details?

For the launch of the new website, we moved all existing customers across to the new eCommerce system and setup their online accounts – including SIDRA INTERSECTION 3.1/3.2, and SIDRA TRIP 1.0 users. We did this so they could upgrade their existing products when required or free receive updates to SIDRA INTERSECTION 4 and SIDRA TRIP 1.1. We have sent an email to these existing users at the time of launch of the new eCommerce website with login and password details for their online account.

If you are an existing SIDRA SOLUTIONS customer at the time of launch of the new eCommerce website, you need to ensure you log into the online account we have setup for you in order to view products for upgrade in the UPGRADE page, products to renew in the COVER RENEWAL page or product updates to download in YOUR ACCOUNT page. If you are not seeing any products, and you think you should be able to upgrade your software, renew COVER or receive an update, please contact info@sidrasolutions.com

I received an email recently regarding a new account that was already setup. What do I do?

Simply log into the new eCommerce website with the login and password details for your online account. You can view your existing products in YOUR ACCOUNT page as well as renew COVER, upgrade an existing product, purchase new products, instantly download our software (while you have valid COVER), edit contact details, manage licences or view purchase history, all in a few easy steps. Who shall I register as the contact for this SIDRA STORE account?

During the shopping cart process, you will be asked to enter or verify contact details for YOUR ACCOUNT. The person responsible for managing the account payment and licensing management should be registered.

Can I change my password?

If you change your password on YOUR ACCOUNT, it will affect future activation of any software licenses that you have purchased. Feel free to update your password, but also update any record you have referring to your old password.

What if I forget my password?

If you have lost your password, please click HERE and enter the email associated with your online store account then click search. An email will be sent with password details. If you have forgotten the email associated with YOUR ACCOUNT, please email customer service at info@sidrasolutions.com

I have several online accounts - can I merge them?

No, this is not possible.

I have lost my account login and password. How can I obtain a new one?

If you have lost your details for your online account, please email customer service at info@sidrasolutions.com

How can we add additional computer licences to our existing account?
