I have an old version of SIDRA INTERSECTION. Can I upgrade to the version 4.0? If so, how?
The current version of SIDRA INTERSECTION is 4.0. All users who have version 3.2 with valid COVER are eligible to download the latest version for FREE. You need to login to YOUR ACCOUNT page with the details we provided you in an email sent at the time of launch of the new eCommerce system. If you have not received the email for some reason, or are having trouble logging into your account, please contact info@sidrasolutions.com
If you have version 3.2 and your COVER has expired, you may purchase an upgrade version. You need to login to YOUR ACCOUNT page with the details we provided you in an email sent at the time of launch of the new eCommerce system. If you have SIDRA INTERSECTION 3.1 or older an upgrade is not available. You need to purchase a new licence from our ONLINE STORE
I am an existing SIDRA SOLUTIONS user but I can’t see any products in the upgrade page.
For the launch of the new website, we moved all existing customers across to the new eCommerce system and setup their online accounts – including SIDRA INTERSECTION 3.1/3.2 users, and SIDRA TRIP 1.0 users. We did this so they could upgrade their existing products when required.
We have sent an email to these existing users at the time of launch of the new eCommerce website with login and password details for their online account. You need to ensure you have logged into the online account we have setup for you in order to view relevant products for upgrade in the UPGRADE page.
You can also view any updates available in YOUR ACCOUNT page. If you are not seeing any products, and you believe that you are entitled to upgrade your software, or receive an update, please contact info@sidrasolutions.com
