How do I receive the software? Is there a handling charge?
Our software is delivered via download only. A handling charge does not apply.
Please note: The size of our software is relatively small so this is the most efficient way to distribute our software once payment has been received.
When will I receive my product?
Once a purchase has been made and payment received and accepted, an email will be sent containing a download link, password and Licence ID used for activation. This allows you to download the software immediately.
Can I order your software on CD?
We no longer distribute our software via CD. Our products are downloadable only. You may download your product via YOUR ACCOUNT page as long as you have valid COVER
How do I download a product?
Once a purchase has been made and payment received and accepted, an email invoice will be sent to the contact for the SIDRA STORE account. This email invoice contains a download link(s), password(s) and Licence ID(s) used for activation.
To download your software, simply click on the link(s) provided in the email invoice. You can also visit www.sidrasolutions.com and go to YOUR ACCOUNT page to view all products purchased and download while you have valid COVER.
Can I download my product more than once?
You may download your software as long as you have valid COVER. You can find a download link for your software in YOUR ACCOUNT page.
What do I need to know before downloading a product?
Please read system requirements for INTERSECTION 4.0 and TRIP 1.1.
How to I obtain a User guide?
A printed User Guide is not available. However, a free electronic copy of the User Guide is installed with the software.
The license key does not work. What can I do?
If you are using online activation / deactivation, make sure the running application is able to connect to the Internet and the URL http://www.sidrasolutions.com . If it is connected and your licence key is not working, please contact our technical support centre.
I finished downloading a product. Where can I find it?
Wherever you decided to save it. If you are unsure, check to see where your browser is set to save downloads.
Is the product installed while it is being downloaded?
No. You need to run the downloaded executable file and follow the instructions to install the product.
I don't have a download link. Can I still download the product?
If you did not receive your confirmation email after a purchase has been made and payment received and accepted, you can check details of your purchase in YOUR ACCOUNT page.
Log into YOUR ACCOUNT and simply click on the linked items under Order History in YOUR ACCOUNT homepage. This will take you to the LICENCE DETAILS page for the relevant software purchase. Provided you have valid COVER and you can DOWNLOAD your software purchase from the LICENCE DETAILS page.
