What will happen after I place my order?
If you purchase online in real time with your credit card, an email will be automatically sent to you upon confirmation of successful payment. This email contains a download link(s), password(s) and Licence ID(s) used for activation. To download your software, simply click on the link(s) provided in the email invoice. You can also visit www.sidrasolutions.com and go to YOUR ACCOUNT page to view all products purchased and download while you have valid COVER.
If you purchase SIDRA SOLUTIONS software by sending through another form of payment, we will process your order manually after full payment is received. Your Email invoice will then be sent to you. Can I trial your software before i make a purchase?

I have received a discount code. How can I redeem it?
If the code is valid, you may enter this into the shopping cart after you have added the relevant product in order to receive the discount. Most discounts are valid for a limited time only.
How can I obtain a written quote?
At the REVIEW PAYMENT stage of the shopping cart process you will be asked to choose method of payment. If you do not wish to choose online payment by credit card you can opt for OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT. This generates a form from items you have added to the cart and can be used as a Quote/Purchase Order. It is valid for 30 days from the quote date.
