Small Office Licence
If you need to use the software on one or two computers, the Small Office licence is for you. This licence allows installing and using the software strictly on up to 2 computers at a single Site (Office), including a laptop computer based at the same Site. Once a Small Office version of the software has been installed and activated on 2 computers, it cannot be subsequently installed and activated on another. In other words, this is not a floating licence. The software activation procedures will prevent a Small Office version of the software from being used on more than 2 computers.
To be able to use the software on more than 2 computers in an office (site), a Medium Office or a Large Office licence is required.
Medium Office Licence
If you need to use the software on three or four computers, the Medium Office licence is for you. This licence allows installing and using the software strictly on up to 5 computers at a single Site (Office), including laptop computers based at the same Site. Once a Medium Office version of the software has been installed and activated on 5 computers, it cannot be subsequently installed and activated on another. In other words, this is not a floating licence. The software activation procedures will prevent a Medium Office version of the software from being used on more than 5 computers.
To be able to use the software on more than 5 computers in an Office (Site) or a number of offices (multi-site), a Large Office licence is required. However, if you are likely to need a licence for more than 4 computers, we strongly recommend that you choose a LARGE OFFICE licence.
Large Office Licence
If you need to use the software on five or more computers, the Large Office licence is for you. This licence allows installing and using the software on a specified number of computers in a single office ( Single Site ) or in several offices ( Multi-Site ), including laptop computers. This licence allows you to float the installation from one computer to another. The only condition is that the software must not be installed on more than the licensed number of computers at the specified site (or sites if multi-site licence).
The Large Office licence is available for purchase for 6 or more computers . If you are likely to need a licence for 5 or more computers, we strongly recommend that you choose a LARGE OFFICE licence.
The Large Office licence must be managed centrally, i.e. one order must be placed, and one Licence Contact person must be nominated, for all computers and all sites (if multi-site) covered under this licence.
The Large Office MULTI-SITE licence is issued for a number of computers at licensed Sites (Offices) of an organisation. The licence is strictly for the licensed Sites (Offices) of the organisation only, and it is illegal to use it in other offices. The allocated maximum number of computer licences can be used across the licensed sites in a flexible way. Transferring (moving) the licence between licensed and unlicensed offices is not allowed. Additional software licences can be purchased for current licensed Sites or additional Sites.
Educational Licence
The Educational licence applies to recognised educational institutions. It does not allow the use of SIDRA SOLUTIONS software in any way for commercial gain or profit. This restriction applies to any research under contract for commercial gain, including such research undertaken by educational institutions. There is no restriction in terms of software capabilities in this version.
A separate new Professional Licence must be purchased for use of the software for any professional (non-educational) purposes. Upgrade from Educational licence to Professional Licence is not available.
Reactivation of Licence
If you need to move a Small / Medium Office licence to another computer, which could be due to receiving a new or updated computer, or due to a computer crash or other fault:

Trial Version
The Trial Version of the Software may not be used for any purpose other than evaluating the Software towards licence purchase.
