Update information for applications grouped under the name SIDRA UTILITIES is given below.  SIDRA UTILITIES refers to C# programs (OUTPUT COMPARISON and VARIABLE RUN) and macro-enabled Excel applications (VOLUMES and ANNUAL SUMS) for SIDRA INTERSECTION.

Software updates to SIDRA UTILITIES refer to program changes introduced within major versions of these programs for use with the matching major version of SIDRA INTERSECTION. Current major versions of SIDRA UTILITIES are for use with SIDRA INTERSECTION Version 5.1.

OUTPUT COMPARISON and VARIABLE RUN programs have a facility for automatic download and installation of software updates. This requires internet connection. When you run the program, it will identify if there is a more recent version of the software available, and ask you if you want to apply the update.  You can also check if there is an update by clicking the Help menu item and then clicking "Check for Updates".

There are no automatic updates for Excel applications VOLUMES and ANNUAL SUMS.

If you are not receiving updates for OUTPUT COMPARISON and VARIABLE RUN programs automatically (e.g. if this facility has been disabled by your IT Department), or if you are using Excel applications VOLUMES and ANNUAL SUMS, please check the Software Update History document given on this page regularly.  Ask your IT Department to obtain and install updates as they become available where required.
