How can I purchase SIDRA SOLUTIONS software?

What will happen after I place my order?

If you purchase online with your credit card, an email will be automatically sent to you upon confirmation of successful payment. This email contains a download link(s), password(s) and Licence ID(s) used for activation. To download your software, simply click on the link(s) provided in the email invoice. You can also visit www.sidrasolutions.com and go to YOUR ACCOUNT page to view all products purchased as well as download.

If you purchase SIDRA SOLUTIONS software by sending through another form of payment, we will process your order manually after full payment is received. Your Email invoice will then be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hrs for your order to be processed. You can contact our customer service representative at any time to check on the status of your order by emailing info@sidrasolutions.com

I have received a discount code. How can I redeem it?

If the code is valid, you may enter this into the shopping cart after you have added the relevant product in order to receive the discount. Most discounts are valid for a limited time only.

How can I obtain a written quote?

At the REVIEW PAYMENT stage of the shopping cart process you will be asked to choose method of payment. If you do not wish to choose online payment by credit card you can opt for OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT. This generates a form from items you have added to the cart and can be used as a Quote or Pro Forma Invoice. It is valid for 30 days from the quote date.

Please note: You will be sent a separate Tax Invoice/ Receipt if you decide to purchase SIDRA SOLUTIONS products.

What is COVER?

COVER is an essential support (maintenance) subscription with great benefits. It entitles you to receive free upgrades to major new software versions, and priority technical support. New software purchases automatically include COVER for a 12 month period, which may be renewed online at any time.

I interrupted my online order - has my data been saved?

You can always return to your CART by clicking on the icon in the top navigation bar or the CART menu item in the ACCOUNT drop down menu. If you have unprocessed items stored in the system these should appear. If they are no longer in the CART, simply return to the ONLINE STORE or COVER RENEWAL PAGE and add items you wish to purchase.

Do you have an Educational Licence available?

Yes, an Educational licence is available. Please follow these steps to order an Educational product:

  1. Please complete and submit this EDUCATIONAL ORDER FORM. Please provide your details and choose the products you wish to purchase. If you are an existing customer, please include your CustomerID (Run SIDRA and select Help/About, log into YOUR ACCOUNT or refer to a previous invoice to view your Customer ID).
  2. We will then send you a Tax Invoice/Quote which includes a quote (valid for 30 days). We will also provide you with payment options.
  3. You may choose to make payment by providing us with your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), send a cheque or make a direct deposit.
  4. After payment is made you need to visit our REMITTANCE ADVICE FORM and submit details of your payment.
  5. Once payment has been received and is successful, you will be sent an automated Tax Invoice/Receipt with purchase details (and important software download/activation information, if this is what you purchased).
