ENTERPRISE Licence

This licence type is available for SIDRA INTERSECTION, SIDRA TRIP and INPUT COMPARISON.

The ENTERPRISE Licence allows unlimited use of the software in all offices (sites) of the organisation in the country for which the licence is issued. This licence allows the software to be installed on any number of individual computers, including laptops, without need to keep a track of how many computers, or which computers, the software is installed on.

For licensing purposes, there is no networking requirement, no need to access the internet, and no network traffic required for the use of ENTERPRISE licence. Only one ENTERPRISE licence is issued to the organisation and the software can be installed on individual computers using the same licence. No deactivation - reactivation is needed to uninstall and reinstall the licence on individual computers. This licence type minimises IT resources required for software and license deployment in large organisations.

Country where licence is used: Licences can be used in any site (office) of the Licensee's organisation in the country for which the licence is issued. In the case of multi-national organisations, purchase of additional licences or a special agreement is required for other countries where the Licensee's organisation has offices. This applies to all licence types.

All licence products are treated individually from a pricing and licence management perspective. Each SINGLE computer licence, FLOATING licence pack and ENTERPRISE licence has an individual price, Licence ID and COVER expiry date associated with it.

SIDRA SOLUTIONS software licences are non-transferable, they cannot be passed on, rented or leased, or sold to another organisation.

These instructions apply to SIDRA INTERSECTION, SIDRA TRIP and INPUT COMPARISON. 

Instructions regarding deployment via a “SILENT" installation are provided in the next section. Alternatively, the software can be installed on individual computers and licensed as described below (note that Administrative rights will be necessary for this process).  Different steps are indicated as relevant.

1. On the local machine where the software has been installed, save the ENTERPRISE Licence file to the folder:

[Vista and Windows 7] “C:\ProgramData\SIDRA SOLUTIONS\Licenses\”
[Windows XP] “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SIDRA SOLUTIONS\Licenses\”

2. Implement the following steps which differ according to software:

SIDRA INTERSECTION

• Run the software.  
• Select the Licensing Tab in the ribbon.  
• Select the Custom License File radio button and click the enabled folder (“Browse”) icon.

SIDRA TRIP

• Run the software, or use Start - All Programs - SIDRA SOLUTIONS - SIDRA TRIP 1.1 Tools - Licence Configuration to access the Licence Configuration dialog.  
• In the Licence Configuration dialog, select the Custom License File radio button and click the Browse button.  

INPUT COMPARISON

• Run the software.  
• Click the Licensing option in the Help menu.  
• Select the Custom License File radio button and click the Browse button.

3. Browse to and select the ENTERPRISE licence file saved as indicated in Step 1 above.

4. The software should now be in a licensed state.  In SIDRA INTERSECTION and INPUT COMPARISON, a “smiley” face will appear at the bottom right corner of the user interface.  In SIDRA TRIP, the Licence Information will appear in the Licence Configuration dialog.
