About this role

This is a full-time or part-time position in a highly successful software development company. We are looking for someone with impeccable organisational and administrative skills. You will manage global training activities of the company and manage our attendance at conferences and exhibitions around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Manage global training activities of the company:

  • Set up training workshops including booking venues and updating website information.
  • Assist Marketing Director with promotional activities.
  • Manage delegate registrations.
  • Manage preparation and sending of workshop material.
  • Compile workshop evaluations.
  • Manage ongoing training enquiries.

Manage our attendance at conferences and exhibitions around the world:

  • Book our staff attendance at events.
  • Communicate with event organisers to setup exhibition booths.
  • Assist Marketing Director with sponsorship and promotional activities.
  • Book flights and accommodation and manage travel itineraries for attendees.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel are essential.
  • Analytical mind in order to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Great attention to detail and error-free record keeping.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, time management and planning skills.
