This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable modelling experience, keeping in touch with traffic modelling practice and working directly with the industry leaders in the field.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Substantial experience in traffic and transport modelling related to the traffic engineering & transport planning area.
  • A good level of knowledge in traffic modelling fundamentals.
  • SIDRA INTERSECTION software experience.

Customer Support & Administration

This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours, for immediate start. We are looking for someone with impeccable customer service and administrative skills. You will utilise our online systems to help resolve customers’ issues. You will also manage the administration of our training workshops and manage our attendance at conferences and exhibitions around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Help our customers resolve their software and licensing issues using our support systems.
  • Prepare quotes, process sales and follow up subscriptions.
  • Direct higher-level support requests to our technical team.
  • Set up training workshops including booking venues, managing delegate registrations and sending workshop material.
  • Assist with various marketing activities.

Skills and Experience

This role requires the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced business communication and written English skills.
  • Experience with customer support, sales administration and events coordination.
  • An analytical mind in order to identify problems and find solutions.
